The KTD40 Multifunction Digital Loop Impedance tester is the latest electronic design from Kewtech and is packed with features.

With a built in full socket tester that can check for any miss-wiring at the socket, this instrument is an ideal multifunction tester.

The Kewtech KTD40 Loop Impedance Tester can perform a mains supply polarity test which checks for a reversal of the live / neutral at the supply.

It has the ability to measure true loop impedance giving more relevant information when testing PSC / PFC as the reactance of the suppliers transformer measured as well as the pure loop resistance.

It is possible to carry out a high current two wire test with the optional distribution loop test.

After a high or low (non trip) test is conducted and the reading has been displayed, the PFC or PSC can be shown instantly on the press of a second button.
