Lockout Starter Kit - Incl. Hasps, Padlocks, Tags, MCB Lockout & More
Looking to enforce a lockout/tagout programme at your workplace? Our basic lockout starter kit is a great starting point and includes everything you'll need for safely isolating a miniature circuit breaker!
In order to adhere to lockout tagout regulations its important to install lockout devices, padlocks and hasps to prevent energy sources from being activated while essential maintanence is ongoing. The equipment supplied in this kit will allow you to do this.
What's In the Kit?

1 x Small, Vinyl-Coated Lockout Hasp Hasps are an extremely effective way of attaching multiple padlocks to a lockout point (it's recommended multiple team members do this in order to ensure the hasp can't be removed unless all members are present). This smaller hasp has space for up to six padlocks.

1 x Premier Lockout Hasp Larger version of the small hasp. Ideal for attachment to lockout equipment with larger overall diameter than the standard hasp will fit. This hasp also has space for up to six padlocks. |

1 x Regular Shackle Padlock High quality padlock made for direct attachment to included hasps. Please note that the colour supplied may vary depending on current availability.

1 x Long Shackle Padlock This padlock has an elongated shackle, making it easier to loop around different objects. Please note that the colour supplied may vary depending on current availability. |

2 x Lockout Tags Attach these tags when lockouts are attached to show people that it shouldn't be removed. Tags are double-sided. |

2 x Lockout Ties If you can't attach a tag to a lockout device, use these ties instead! Please note that only two ties are included with this kit. |

1 x Lockout Marker Pen Does exactly what it says on the tin. It's a pen which you can write on the included lockout tags with. |

1 x MCB Toggle Lockout This is used to completely prevent access to a miniature circuit breaker. Just clip on, screw in and attach a padlock or hasp to secure in place! |
