The Seaward KD1E/15D Digital HV Potential Indicator can be used to indicate the presence of voltage or make voltage measurements on earthed neutral systems up to 15kV.

This potential indicator display is powered by an internal rechargeable battery and comes supplied with charger, Seaward PH3 Proving Unit, carrying case and accessories.

The Seaward KD1E/15D provides a means of measuring voltage on earthed neutral electrical circuits. Conforming in design lengths to recommended creepage and safety standards, the KD1E series feature high grade PVC tubing and incorporates totally encapsulated resistor chains.
