The Seaward KD1E/19S is a neon AC only HV potential indicator suitable for use on earthed neutral systems up to 19kV.

A highly robust and portable voltage indicator, it can provide a means of confirming the presence of voltage on earthed neutral electrical circuits. Design lengths conform to recommended, creepage and safety standards, features high grade PVC tubing and incorporates totally encapsulated resistor chains.

Note: The Seaward KD1E/19S is an AC Only indicator and is not compatible with the PH3 proving unit which has a DC output.
