With a guarantee not to trip any residual current devices (RCD’s) while performing a loop test the Metrel MI 2120 Combination Tester is a vital tool for many engineers. The Metrel MI 2120 Combination Tester can perform RCD testing of dl, dt, Uc, Earth Rs loop. The combination tester has a fast response time and can measure 10, 30, 100, 300, 500, 1000mA using both standard and selective. The Metrel MI 2120 Combination Tester can also test AC and A types. All testing modes have current multipliers of x0.5, x1, x5 this allows for a engineer to test the trip out time on limited current values.  This combination tester also allows phase angle to be set between 0˚ and 180˚.

The Metrel MI 2120 Combination Tester is built to withstand all but the harshest work environments from small domestic buildings to large industrial sites. The Metrel MI 2120 also meets all of the Part P requirements for commercial combination testers. The Metrel MI 2120 is certified with a very wide range of different governing bodies these include BS 7671: 17th Edition, CEI 64.8, EN/IEC 61557-3 and DIN/VDE 0413-3.
