Tester.co.uk Returns Policy
We accept the return of all orders as long as:
- The goods are returned in their undamaged, original packaging
- All accessories supplied with your product are present
- The equipment is in its original condition as sold
We DO NOT accept the return of software and media products if they’ve been opened.
Software CD/DVD-Based Products
It is the buyer’s responsibility to check software compatibility. We also can’t accept returns of software/hardware unlock codes once they’ve been ordered.
7 Day Money Back Guarantee
As long as your equipment is returned to us and conforms to the bullet-points above it is covered by Tester.co.uk’s 7 Day Money Back Guarantee scheme.
A full refund of the original purchase price (including purchasing delivery charge) will be made within 30 days of the return of the goods if returned within 7 days of the original purchase.
*Please note a restocking fee may be applied should the goods be deemed unsuitable under the categories outlined above. Returns delivery charges are met by the customer unless the goods are found to be faulty.

One of our team will then issue you with an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number and give you all the information you need to send your device back.
Your RMA number must be written clearly on the packaging you send back.
All goods must be returned to us via a recorded-delivery service. Any goods that are lost or damaged in transit will be held as your responsibility, so this is an important process.
Note: the returns policy doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
