Seaward Clare STM/L SafeTest Manufacturing/Luminaire Tester
The Seaward STM/L is a multifunctional, bench-mounted comprehensive electrical testing instrument designed for use by small-scale electrical manufacturers and service/repair centres.
Both suitable for use as a simple manual electrical safety tester and also as an automatic tester (with various selectable semi-automatic testing sequences), the SMT/L can be used to perform a wide range of essential electrical safety tests on both electrical and electronic products in accordance with CE and international standards.
The STM/L is a multifunctional tester - it can be used to perform all of the following electrical safety checks:
- Earth/ground bond
- AC/Flash/hipot
- DC insulation resistance
- Leakage
- Load
- Power/run
Seaward/Clare's STM/L has integrated memory storage and can store the results of up to 6000 individual testing procedures. A full QWERTY keyboard built into the instrument makes data entry and amendments as simple as possible and you can download results directly into Seaward's PATGuard Elite 3 software package (sold separately) for further analysis.
This multifunctional production line safety tester can also be paired together with an optional safety label printer and barcode scanner (both sold separately). With the printer, you can easily automatically produce test tags, labels and test reports, while the barcode scanner can be used for quicker product identification and tester configuration to integrate the STM/L into a typical ISO quality control system.
