Returning Items

At PASS we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. However occasionally we know you may want to return items, so below is our returns policy.

Returns Policy

We accept the return of all items only if they are unopened and in their original condition. If you return goods, as detailed, within 7 days, we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

Software and CD / DVD Based Products

We are unable to accept any software whether digital download, CD or DVD based for refund. It is the the buyers responsibility to check software compatibility.

Defective items:

You can always return items if they are defective. Please note: we only accept returns of items that have been opened if they are defective. Please see "To return an item" below for details of how to return defective items to us.

To return an item:

Firstly contact us about your return. We will issue you with an RMA number.

With your return the item please enclose a note giving the reason for the return, wrap the package securely and send the package to the address below. Please write the RMA number clearly on the packaging.

In the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original box (if any), with all warranty cards, licences, manuals and accessories.

Goods must be sent via a recorded-delivery service.

Items that have been lost or damaged in transit will be your responsibility so please arrange adequate insurances.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Cancelling an item:

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.

If we do not receive the item back from you with the delivery slip, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost.

You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out by us (for example, postage and packing).

As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.

Terms and conditions applicable to PASS online promotional offers:

Free Products
1.    One free item per one full priced item purchased
2.    You will not be charged for the Free product
3.    No cash alternative will be offered in lieu of free product.
4.    The product is not transferable between orders.
5.    PASS reserves the right to substitute the product with an alternative of equivalent or greater value should it become unavailable for any reason.
6.    Free product offers must be claimed by the expiry date.

Online Vouchers/Promo Codes
7.    Limit one promotional voucher per person, per offer and one promotional voucher per order.
8.    This promotional voucher may only be redeemed at our http://www.tester.co.uk website toward the purchase of products listed in the PASS online catalogue sold by PASS. They cannot be redeemed at our Trade Counter or via phone or mail order.
9.    Please note that a minimum purchase value may apply which is exclusive of postage and packing.
10.    Promotional vouchers cannot be used retrospectively, ie applied to orders already placed with us.
11.    Please refer to your promotional voucher for the expiry date and any additional offer restrictions.
12.    Promotional vouchers have a no cash value and are not transferable or assignable.
13.    Certain products may be exempt from promotional offers.
14.    PASS reserves the right to cancel online vouchers at any time.
15.    Please note that voucher codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
16.    Normal PASS terms and conditions apply to use of website.
17.    Voucher codes for free delivery only apply for UK mainland (this excludes the highlands and outlying islands).
18.    Where shipping discount is used this will reduce your shipping cost and not your product total.
19.    If utilizing shipping code then no other offer can be redeemable against that order.

BOGOF & Items with Discounts
20.    This promotion may not be used in conjunction with any other offer.
21.    This promotion includes the listed products only and does not include other products not listed.  No other products are included in the offer.
22.    This offer does not apply to any products that have already been purchased retrospectively.
23.    All purchases are subject to PASS’s usual terms and conditions.

No cash alternatives are available. Promotional allowances cannot be transferred.
