The Aim-TTi EX1810R Digital Bench Power Supply is a benchtop PSU with a single output. It has a maximum power output of 180W, a voltage output range of 0 to 18V, and a current output range of 0 to 10A.

Output

The Aim-TTi EX1810R Digital Bench Power Supply’s output is intrinsically short-circuit proof and protected against external voltages and reverse currents. It is also equipped with a DC on/off switch allowing voltage and current settings to be viewed before connecting the load.

Furthermore, the output terminal has been designed to accept 4mm safety plugs with rigid insulating sleeves, as well as fork connectors and bare wires. The Aim-TTi EX1810R Digital Bench Power Supply’s ability to accommodate 4mm safety plugs ensures that it is compliant with common laboratory safety requirements, whilst its compatibility with other connections provides maximum flexibility.

Remote Sensing

Further to the above, the Aim-TTi EX1810R Digital Bench Power Supply’s output also incorporates remote sense terminals that can be enabled and disabled at the flick of a switch: they are disabled when the switch is set to Local.

Remote sense terminals maintain precise regulation at the load and true metering of the load voltage.

Mixed Mode Regulation

To provide a performance that comes close to that of PSUs with an all-linear design, the Aim-TTi EX1810R Digital Bench Power Supply combines high-frequency switch-mode pre-regulation and linear post-regulation.

The Aim-TTi EX1810R Digital Bench Power Supply has excellent line and load regulation, low noise, and good transient response.

Four-Digit Meter

The Aim-TTi EX1810R Digital Bench Power Supply’s large, bright, four-digit display with a fixed resolution (10mV and 10mA) prevents misinterpretation of readings and improves precision.

Simple-to-Use

The aforementioned display, an indication of preset voltage and current levels, and switchable remote sense terminals all contribute to the Aim-TTi EX1810R Digital Bench Power Supply’s ease of use. The Aim-TTi EX1810R Digital Bench Power Supply also features analogue controls for voltage and current. Coarse and fine analogue controls enable the user to set voltage levels accurately and easily. The Aim-TTi EX1810R Digital Bench Power Supply’s current control is logarithmic for setting low currents precisely.

Constant Voltage or Constant Current

The Aim-TTi EX1810R Digital Bench Power Supply’s output can operate in Constant Voltage or Constant Current mode with automatic crossover and mode indication.
