Designed for use with Beha-Amprobe’s AT-8000-TE Transmitter, the Beha-Amprobe AT-8000-RE Receiver can be used to trace energised and de-energised wires in walls, floors and ceilings, as well as identify breakers and fuses and pinpoint shorts and opens. It has a CAT IV 600V safety rating, the best of any receiver on the market, ensuring that it can protect users from transient overvoltage spikes up to 8000V. This makes the Beha-Amprobe AT-8000-RE Receiver ideal for use in industrial environments, particularly older industrial sites with poorly documented wire locations. For a quick overview of Beha-Amprobe’s AT-8000-EUR Series, please see the following video.
The Beha-Amprobe AT-8000-RE Receiver includes a patented Smart Sensor™ which quickly and clearly identifies the orientation and direction of energised wires. This information is displayed on the Beha-Amprobe AT-8000-RE Receiver’s 89mm (3.5”) TFT colour LCD. Via the display, the user can also view embedded help screens which ensure easy, error-free setup.
Furthermore, the Beha-Amprobe AT-8000-RE Receiver’s Scan and Locate function offers precise identification of a single circuit breaker or fuse thereby preventing confusion caused by numerous false positives. In addition to this, the Beha-Amprobe AT-8000-RE Receiver includes a Non-Contact Voltage mode which supports passive tracing, while its tip-sensor makes it easy to trace wires in hard-to-reach areas, such as corners and tight spaces, and identify the correct circuit breaker or fuse.
The Beha-Amprobe AT-8000-RE Receiver is a simple-to-use, safe and versatile wire locator.
