The Chauvin Arnoux CA41 Fieldmeter is designed to test electromagnetic fields, to measure the emissivity of electrical appliances and can also be used to find sources of radiation. This magnetic field tester has vertical polarisation, which is used to evaluate the strength of magnetic fields. It has large bandwidth, operating between 100kHz and 2.5GHz, and can detect electric fields as large as 200V/m. The EF1 probe, which the instrument uses to obtain its measurements, is included.
The magnetic field tester is incredibly easy to use. It has been ergonomically designed to fit into your hand, so the screen is always visible during use. The soft-touch buttons correspond to a single function and the meter also has a range of functions that make using the device quick and easy, including a programmable alarm function. The field meter also has a digital display.
The Chauvin Arnoux CA41 Fieldmeter measures just 216 x 72 x 37 millimetres, meaning it small enough to have with you on site at all times. Additionally, it weighs just 350g, so it is incredibly easy to transport and store. The instrument is powered by a 9V battery, and one is supplied with purchase.
