Comark KM814FS Infrared Food Thermometer
Designed for non-contact measurements of food temperature, the KM814FS can be used at all levels of the food chain including cooking, holding, serving and receiving to determine food surface temperature without the need to use a penetrative probe.
With a built-in laser pointer to pinpoint the measurement point and distance-to-target ratio of 4:1, this thermometer ensures you get accurate measurements every time thanks to its 0.97 emissivity that is specially optimised for use with food.
The KM814FS can measure temperature levels across a wide range from -30 to 200°C with scales in both Fahrenheit and Celsius available.
