This testing device features four built-in LCD screens, allowing it to be used to simultaneously measure power, power factor or VA, voltage or frequency and current levels.
Featuring true RMS technology, the 380803 is ideal for use on measuring sine, square, triangular and distorted wave forms with a crest factor or < five and can be used to carry out comprehensive evaluation of overall power quality within various different types of system. It can also be used to measure power consumption of single phase devices, evaluate load performance and much more.
The 380803 is a datalogging device and is suitable for use in either documenting single measurements or for continuously measuring power over a time period. The tester can store up to 1012 readings as standard and can interface directly with a PC and the included software package for management of captured testing data. It is possible to create an ASCII file using this package and it can also be used to carry out computations of phase angle, apparent/reactive power, consumption, cost and power factor correction.
This power analyser also includes the ability to carry out MAX value calculation, includes a data hold function for temporarily storing testing data and is protected against overload.
