The FLIR A315 is an automated process thermal imaging camera designed to constantly monitor process lines and machinery for temperature values.

By using a thermal camera as part of a process installation it's possible to spot otherwise hidden problems such as overheating components, spikes in temperature as a result of a process or other problems that may be a precursor to larger issues.

The camera is designed for direct integration into a network using ethernet connectivity. With a high-speed Gigabit ethernet interface, GigE and GenICam compliance (meaning it can be used with third party software such as IMAQ Vision and Stemmers Common Vision Blox), the A315 feeds high quality thermal images back to a control point and allows problems to be spotted.

This thermal camera features IR resolution of 320 x 240 pixels, high thermal sensitivity and is suitable for use in everything from food production to automotive process testing.
