The FLIR A320 Industrial Automation/ Temperature Screening IR Camera is a precise radiometric thermal imager capable of capturing reliable and accurate non-contact temperature measurements. It can be used to identify potential mechanical faults at an early stage and can detect elevated body temperatures that are potentially caused by illness. The FLIR A320 Industrial Automation/ Temperature Screening IR Camera serves as an effective diagnostic tool alongside other clinical procedures (please see the attached application note for more details).

The FLIR A320 Industrial Automation/ Temperature Screening IR Camera captures real-time, 16-bit, 320 x 240px (76 800 pixels) image data that is sampled by the camera’s onboard electronics and software to determine temperature. Furthermore, the onboard intelligence of these cameras will generate digital alarms when anomalous temperatures are measured.

Temperature differences as slight as 0.08°C can be detected by the FLIR A320 Industrial Automation/ Temperature Screening IR Camera. Its advanced, uncooled microbolometer focal plane array (FPA) detector enables the FLIR A320 Industrial Automation/ Temperature Screening IR Camera to capture crisp, longwave images in an array of thermal colour palettes.

When alarms are triggered, the FLIR A320 Industrial Automation/ Temperature Screening IR Camera will send an email to a designated receiver via SMTP or FTP protocols or wirelessly. Additionally, the FLIR A320 Industrial Automation/ Temperature Screening IR Camera supports real-time analogue and MPEG-4 digital video output enabling sites and machinery to be monitored in real-time.

The FLIR A320 Industrial Automation/ Temperature Screening IR Camera is easy to operate. The logic and menu-driven controls ensure it is simple to set multiple target spots and temperature alarms, as well as alter the temperature range and image colour palettes. It is also possible to operate the FLIR A320 Industrial Automation/ Temperature Screening IR Camera remotely via the web and TCP/IP protocols.

The FLIR A320 Industrial Automation/ Temperature Screening IR Camera's ‘plug and play’ compatibility ensures that it is also easy-to-setup; its fully configurable GPIO and V-sync functionality enables it to be integrated into machine vision and automation systems. Additionally, it can be used in conjunction with several other FLIR A320 Industrial Automation/ Temperature Screening IR Cameras due to the inclusion of IR Monitor software.

Finally, the FLIR A320 Industrial Automation/ Temperature Screening IR Camera is lightweight, IP40-rated and supports Power Over Ethernet, removing the need for local power supplies.
