Configuration Software Overview
As mentioned above the FLIR A400/ A700 Thermal Imaging Camera Cores MUST be purchased with configuration software: Smart Sensor, Advanced Smart Sensor, Image Streaming or Advanced Image Streaming.
Smart Sensor and Advanced Smart Sensor Configuration
The Smart Sensor and Advanced Smart Sensor Configurations are optimised for complex remote monitoring, alarming and analytics applications which makes them suitable for EBT-screening as well as process control, quality assurance, condition monitoring and early fire detection.
The Smart Sensor Configuration Software equips the FLIR A400/ A700 Thermal Imaging Camera Cores with advanced thermal imaging, analysis functions, edge computing and an Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT). It also makes these cameras easy to integrate into various networks including HMI/ SCADA systems.
The Advanced Smart Sensor Configuration Software includes all the same features, functions and capabilities as the standard Smart Sensor Configuration Software, as well as additional analytics functions, FSX (Flexible Scene Enhancement) technology, support for black-body correction, and compressed and multi-image streaming capabilities.
Image Streaming and Advanced Image Streaming Configuration
The Image Streaming and Advanced Image Streaming Configuration Software Programs are suitable for complex remote and thermal monitoring applications. They are ideal for process control, quality assurance, condition monitoring and early fire detection; however, they CANNOT be used for EBT-screening.
The Image Streaming Configuration Software facilitates the FLIR A400/ A700 Thermal Imaging Camera Cores’ ability to stream thermal footage. It also equips the FLIR A400/ A700 Thermal Imaging Camera Cores with GigE Vision- and GenlCam-compliance and enables these cameras to be seamlessly integrated into monitoring systems.
The Advanced Image Streaming Configuration improves on the standard version by including FSX (Flexible Scene Enhancement) technology, support for RTSP and pan & tilt, and enabling multi-image streaming as well as compressed 16-bit radiometric image streaming.
Please see the table below for an overview of the features, functions and capabilities supported by each configuration software.
