The FLIR A700 Elevated Body Temperature Screening Thermal Camera is a flexible, powerful and comprehensive EBT-screening solution. It is a FLIR A700 Thermal Camera that has been equipped with a 24° lens, Wi-Fi connectivity, advanced smart sensor software and FLIR’s EBT software.
It is able to capture high-quality thermal images with a resolution of 640 x 480px and can measure temperatures to an accuracy of ±2°C. To ensure precise temperature measurements throughout the FOV, the FLIR A700 Elevated Body Temperature Screening Thermal Camera includes a precise motorised focus and supports an External Black-Body Correction function designed to maintain and improve accuracy.
In addition to this, the FLIR A700 Elevated Body Temperature Screening Thermal Camera features a range of imaging functions including FSX® (Flexible Scene Enhancement) technology, which enhances detail in low light and increases the contrast in even-temperature scenes, and a Polygon Line function designed to increase definition in areas of interest and improve object analysis. It also includes a range of analysis tools such as spotmeters, boxes, deltas, isotherms, iso-coverage and hot/cold detection, and can adjust temperature measurements and alarms in relation to a reference temperature source.
The FLIR A700 Elevated Body Temperature Screening Thermal Camera’s compressed radiometric streaming, which reduces bandwidth by 90%, allows data to be shared via Wi-Fi. Compressed radiometric streaming also allows multiple FLIR A700 Elevated Body Temperature Screening Thermal Cameras to be connected.
Additionally, the FLIR A700 Elevated Body Temperature Screening Thermal Camera includes built-in computing options and provides superior connectivity ensuring it can be integrated into various new and existing networks. Its advanced smart sensor software equips it with edge computing and an Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT).
The FLIR A700 Elevated Body Temperature Screening Thermal Camera also supports Modbus TCP and Ethernet/ IP enabling integration into HMI/ SCADA systems. Furthermore, its superior I/O control over Modbus TCP Master means it can be integrated into industrial automation systems using analogue and digital controls. Moreover, it can be integrated into web services with REST API over XML or JSON.
The FLIR A700 Elevated Body Temperature Screening Thermal Camera’s advanced thermal imaging, analytical capabilities and easy integration make it ideal for identifying individuals who may have EBT (Elevated Body Temperature), an indicator of fever which is a symptom of many illnesses such as the COVID-19 coronavirus, and who may require further medical tests. The FLIR A700 Elevated Body Temperature Screening Thermal Camera is NOT a diagnostic tool; however, it can be used with medical procedures and equipment to help halt the potential spread of infection.
The FLIR A700 Elevated Body Temperature Screening Thermal Camera is an analytical, adaptable and accurate thermal monitoring solution suitable for EBT screening.
