The FLIR Zenmuse XT 336 Premium Performance Aerial Thermal Cameras are designed to be integrated into DJI drone systems and can be used to capture detailed, aerial, thermal images and determine accurate temperature measurements.
To this end, each camera is equipped with a 336 x 256-pixel resolution and features a 30Hz frame rate. The four FLIR Zenmuse XT 336 Premium Performance Aerial Thermal Camera models only differ in regards to their lens sizes. For further information, please see the table below.

Further to this, when capturing real-time thermal footage, the FLIR Zenmuse XT 336 Premium Performance Aerial Thermal Cameras will include a temperature measurement at the centre of the image; this allows the user to identify large temperature differences at a glance.

The FLIR Zenmuse XT 336 Premium Performance Aerial Thermal Cameras are optimised for use with DJI’s drones. They are compatible with the Matrice 100, Matrice 200 series, Matrice 600 and Inspire 1. As such they are able to support features common to these drones including long-range video transmission, intelligent flight modes and compatibility with DJI’s Software Development Kit (SDK – NOT included). The DJI Software Development Kit can be used to customise the FLIR Zenmuse XT 336 Premium Performance Aerial Thermal Cameras to suit the application.
In addition to this, the FLIR Zenmuse XT 336 Premium Performance Aerial Thermal Cameras are compatible with the DJI XT iOS App. This app is optimised for emergency applications such as firefighting, and search and rescue. Therefore, it has been designed to provide quick access to essential settings such as colour palettes and isotherms. The FLIR XT iOS App also provides temperature estimates and facilitates viewing of low-latency camera footage in real-time.
