Ordering the DPI615

To order a DPI615 unit, we need to know the following information. Once you have followed all steps, please call us directly or email info@tester.co.uk with your choices for a full quotation.

Firstly, choose between:

• DPI615HSC - Hydraulic Version
• DPI615SHC - Pneumatic Version

Secondly, choose a pressure range from the following table for your product. You need to choose ONE pressure range for the internal sensor (please note that certain pressure ranges may not be possible depending on whether you select hydraulic or pneumatic).

It is also possible to select up to 10 remote sensor options for your calibrator. Please specify if these are needed when ordering.

•Values in ( ) indicate negative calibration for gauge and differential ranges
•(1), (2) and (3) refer to over pressure

About the Druck DPI615 Pressure Calibrator

This is the Druck DPI615, a self-contained, battery powered, intrinsically safe* pressure calibrator made for use in hazardous environments.

Combining together a number of functions, including pressure generation, fine pressure control, output measurement capabilities and 4 to 20mA loop testing, the Druck DPI 615 is suitable for use in a wide variety of different pressure applications.

The DPI615 is the upgraded version of the Druck DPI610 with built-in datalogging capabilities and PC connectivity.

Setting the Standard for Portable Pressure Calibrators

Druck's DPI615 is the culmination of many years of field experience, upgrading and improving upon existing technology to deliver a true, comprehensive, portable solution for pressure calibration in even the most demanding environments.

Made tough with a rugged, weatherproof case, the DPI615 includes the ability to both display and generate pressure, with an integral pressure pump specifically designed for use in this application.

Key features include:

• Wide Range of Pressure Ranges - selectable internal sensor ranges from as low as 2.5mbar to as high as 700 bar
• Highly Accurate Results - up to 0.025% full scale (FS)
• Integral Combined Pressure/Vacuum Pump - easily generate pressure to a specific level from -850mbar to 20 bar. Volume adjuster gives fine pressure settings and a release valve also allows gradual venting for falling calibration points
• Dual Readout - simultaneously displays both input and output
• 4 to 20mA Loop Test - with automatic step and ramp facilities
• Ergonomic Design - unique intergral handle gives secure grip on the calibrator while a shoulder strap can be used for hands-free operation

Intrinsically Safe Version

This is the intriniscally safe version of the DPI615, certified to European and North American standards for use in hazardous areas.

There's no need for 'Hot Permits' or gas detection equipment - the DPI 615 simply gives you the confidence to work n dangerous zones without fear of the instrument accidentally igniting the atmosphere.

The IS version does not include the Energing Supplies facility which is usually found on the standard version of the calibrator.

Exclusive Datalogging and Documenting Functions

The DPI615 is the upgraded version of the DPI610 - this model adds powerful, time saving datalogging and analysis functions to the calibrator.

With these capabilities, you can perform a wide range of pressure calibration tasks, log all of the data in internal memory and transfer it a later date to a PC for further analysis and documentation purposes.

These new features include:

• Report Errors in the Field - the DPI615 can calculate errors and reports with PASS/FAIL status during field tests. Problems and failures can be analysed, on screen, using graphs for immediate assessment and correction
• No More Paper Reports - with the DPI 615, there's no need to waste time filling out a lengthy reporet. Documents can be quickly completed either at site, or at a more convenient time and location by recalling the information from the DPI 615's memory
• Calibration Management - the DPI615 is compatible with Intecal calibration software or third party software systems to create a comprehensive calibration management system where all results are documented
