Hikvision DS-2TD2636B Hi-Res Body Temp Thermal Cameras – Solutions Kit

The Hikvision DS-2TD6236B Bullet High-Res Body Temp Thermal Camera Solutions Kits provide an entry-level solution for skin-temperature screening in public spaces such as schools, offices and factories. This Hikvision DS-2TD2636B High-Res Bullet Thermal Camera is designed to be either tripod mounted or wall mounted.

These kits are entry-level skin-temperature screening solutions designed to be used with a laptop or PC. They consist of a thermal imaging camera, tripod, tripod adapter, 4-port PoE switch, PoE cable and FREE Hikvision iVMS-4200 Software. You will require a laptop or PC to use these kits and download the FREE Hikvision iVMS-4200 Software.

The Hikvision DS-2TD2636B High-Res Bullet Thermal Camera's ability to measure temperature accurately and in real-time without a black body makes it easy to setup. The Hikvision DS-2TD2617B Low-Res Bullet Thermal Camera has a standard accuracy of ±0.5°C without a black body.

To use these kits, please follow these steps:

1. Mount the Hikvision DS-2TD2636B Bullet Thermal Camera onto the included tripod using the tripod adapter OR fix the bullet thermal camera to a wall
2. Connect the PoE cable to the 4-port PoE switch
3. Configure the camera and PoE switch to your laptop’s/ PC’s IP address
4. Download the FREE Hikvision iVMS-4200 Client Software
5. Configure the settings detailed in the ‘How to Configure Thermal Cameras’ guide (please download this document from the ‘Downloads’ tab above)
6. Begin temperature screening

The Hikvision DS-2TD2636B Hi-Res Body Temp Thermal Camera Solutions Kits contain all the components required for temperature screening, including a Hikvision DS-2TD2636B Hi-Res Body Temp Bullet Thermal Camera capable of measuring skin-surface temperature to an accuracy of ±0.5°C. As mentioned above, these cameras can be used without a black body making them easy to install, and can be mounted to a tripod or wall. 

Additionally, the Hikvision DS-2TD2636B Hi-Res Body Temp Bullet Thermal Cameras have an IR resolution of 384 x 288px, providing over 100 000 measurement points. There are three versions of this camera available that vary in regards to their lens sizes and FOVs; please see the table below for further information.

The Hikvision DS-2TD2636B Hi-Res Body Temp Thermal Camera Solutions Kits can be used to identify persons with elevated skin temperature which may be indicative of a fever, a common symptom of many illnesses. It is important to note that the Hikvision DS-2TD2636B Hi-Res Body Temp Bullet Thermal Cameras (and by extension the Hikvision DS-2TD2636B Hi-Res Body Temp Thermal Cameras Solutions Kits) are NOT diagnostic tools; however, they can help to identify individuals who may require further virus-specific screening, thereby helping to curb the potential spread of infection.
