HVPD PDS Insight™ 2 Portable On-line PD Detector WITH Tablet
The HVPD PDS Insight™ 2 Portable On-line PD Detector is ideal for applications such as condition-based maintenance and substation access safety as it can be used to test switchgear, cables and transformers for partial discharge safely and reliably. It is a lightweight, simple-to-use and handheld meter with an LCD; this model is also supplied with a 10.1” Android tablet with HVPD’s OLPD Manager™ App installed. This app can be used to analyse and export data, as well as charts, into reports and is suitable for trending and benchmarking applications.
Results are saved to the HVPD PDS Insight™ 2’s internal data storage and can be transferred to the supplied tablet or to a PC (NOT included) wirelessly via Bluetooth. To ensure precise and reliable measurements, the HVPD PDS Insight™ 2 Portable On-line PD Detector includes a Phase Resolved Partial Discharge (PRPD) feature which eliminates background noise from partial discharge sources.
In addition to this, the HVPD PDS Insight™ 2 Portable On-line PD Detector is equipped with a function checker, integrated TEV & AA sensors, an external AA sensor input, and an external HFCT sensor connection. It is also supplied with headphones and a docking station.
