The Kane 975 Industrial Flue Gas Analyser is a customisable, comprehensive flue gas analyser optimised for inspecting larger installations. It is capable of measuring up to seven gases and is programmed for use with the following fuel types:

  • Natural gas (x2)
  • Wood pellets
  • Kinsale gas
  • Heavy oil
  • LPG
  • Coal
  • Town gas
  • Biogas
  • Gascor
  • Propane
  • User fuel (x5)
  • Anthracite
  • Butane
  • Coke
  • 28-sec oil

As standard the Kane 975 Industrial Flue Gas Analyser is able to measure O₂ (0-21%) and hydrogen compensated CO (0-10000ppm); it can be used with up to five additional sensors (NOT included - sold separately) to measure H₂S (0-200ppm), NO (0-5000ppm), NO₂ (0-1000ppm), SO₂ (0-100ppm or 0-5000ppm) and CO₂ (infrared sensor: 0-20%). It can also be used with a high-range CO (0-10%) sensor (NOT included - sold separately) in place of the standard CO sensor. All the Kane 975 Industrial Flue Gas Analyser’s sensors are over-range protected to prevent damage.

In addition to this, the Kane 975 Industrial Flue Gas Analyser is capable of measuring differential pressure, as well as inlet/ flue gas/ differential and ambient temperature. It is also capable of calculating the following parameters:

  • CO₂: 0-99%
  • CO: CO₂ ratio
  • NOx (provided a NO sensor is fitted)
  • Excess air
  • Combustion efficiency

It is possible to view up to four parameters simultaneously on the full-colour, graphic display, enabling long-term monitoring and trending of gases. Up to 8000 test results can be logged and saved to the Kane 975 Industrial Flue Gas Analyser; these can be easily transferred to an Android smartphone or tablet using the low-energy wireless module and the KANE LIVE app for Android. It is also possible to send these results to print using the infrared printer link with customisable printer header.

To ensure ease-of-use, the Kane 975 Industrial Flue Gas Analyser is equipped with an intuitive keypad and buttons. Also adding to its practicality is the long-life battery that can be recharged whilst installed in the unit.

Moreover, the Kane 975 Industrial Flue Gas Analyser includes features designed to expand its scope-for-use such as a high-suction double-headed pump which is ideal for applications involving high stack pressure in large chimneys. The Kane 975 is also supplied with a Teflon-lined flue probe and heavy-duty waterproof case with a custom foam insert.

The Kane 975 Industrial Flue Gas Analyser is an adaptable flue gas analyser with a wide scope-for-use:

  • Install, commission and service industrial/ commercial oil, gas or biomass appliances
  • Safety checks: verify the level of CO in a room or around an appliance
  • Combustion performance checks
  • Flue draught

The Kane 975 Industrial Flue Gas Analyser can be customised to suit the user’s requirements; it is a versatile, comprehensive and reliable flue gas analyser ideal for larger installations.
