Masterlock 483 Gate Valve Cover (Fits 15.2 to 25.4cm Diameter Handles)

Completely prevent access to a gate valve with this rotating gate valve lockout from Master Lock.

Easy to install, simply slip one side of the cover around a gate valve with diameter from 15.2 to 25.4cm, then slide around the second part of the cover to completely surround the valve. You should then secure it in place by looping safety padlocks through the built-in holes on the side and, once correctly installed, the lockout will prevent the valve from being turned completely.

This lockout is made from tough, lightweight dielectric thermoplastic with high chemical resistance and is ideally suited for tough applications, including confined spaces.

If you have valves with a rising stem, you can remove the centre of the lockout to make it suitable for this type of gate valve.
