The Pulsar Digex N450 Night-Vision Riflescope is a highly sensitive, resilient and easy-to-use infrared imaging scope designed to transform day sights into night-vision sights.

Night-Vision Imaging

The Pulsar Digex N450 Night-Vision Riflescope is equipped with cutting-edge electronic components and signal-processing algorithms which provide excellent infrared (night vision) sensitivity. This means the Pulsar Digex N450 Night-Vision Riflescope can deliver flawless passive mode performance without IR illuminators, while high-sensitivity between 900-950nm means this night-vision scope can be used with invisible IR illuminators.

Powerful Long-Range IR Illuminator

The Pulsar Digex N450 Night-Vision Riflescope features a detachable, high-power 850nm IR illuminator for long-range action. It has three adjustable IR power levels which allow the user to change the effective range and the level of illumination of an observed object. Using the IR illuminator, the hunter can watch animals without revealing his/her position and causing animals to scatter.

HD Sensor

To provide high-definition imaging with precise detail rendering, the Pulsar Digex N450 Night-Vision Riflescope includes a highly sensitive HD CMOS sensor with a 1280 x 720px resolution.

SumLight Function

To enable passive observation (without IR illumination) in low light conditions and at night, the Pulsar Digex N450 Night-Vision Riflescope includes a SumLight function which increases the sensitivity of the sensor. It works by automatically activating algorithms, such as ‘frame addition’ and ‘summing adjacent pixel signals’, while preserving good image quality.

550m Night-Time Viewing Range

The Pulsar Digex N450 Night-Vision Riflescope can detect large game such as wild boar, deer and elk at distances ranging from 450m to 550m in total darkness. This vast detection range is made possible due to the Pulsar Digex N450 Night-Vision Riflescope’s excellent infrared sensitivity, HD display, HD CMOS sensor, high-quality and fast optics, powerful IR illuminator, high magnification, and eclectic selection of brightness and contrast settings.

Wide-Angle Eyepiece

The Pulsar Digex N450 Night-Vision Riflescope’s wide-angle, six-lens eyepiece provides a field-of-view of 30°. Used in combination with the Pulsar Digex N450 Night-Vision Riflescope’s HD AMOLED display, the eyepiece can deliver rich and deep image perception.

HD AMOLED Display

The Pulsar Digex N450 Night-Vision Riflescope’s HD AMOLED display is fast-responding and frost-resistant. It will continue to deliver fluid, crisp imaging at temperatures as low as -25°C and at temperatures as high as +50°C.

Removable Eye Cup with Magnet Fixing

The Pulsar Digex N450 Night-Vision Riflescope’s removable eyecup can be attached and detached within seconds. It prevents light from escaping the microdisplay and helps to position the user’s eye relative to the riflescope’s eyepiece. Therefore, the eyecup is particularly useful for night-time applications.

User-Friendly Controls

The Pulsar Digex N450 Night-Vision Riflescope features dedicated buttons located on its upper housing for power on/off, video recording, variable magnification (zoom), and Picture-in-Picture mode. All other features and functions can be accessed and operated using the Pulsar Digex N450 Night-Vision Riflescope’s wheel and button controller.

Picture-in-Picture Mode

The Picture-in-Picture mode allows the user to zoom in on particular areas, targets or objects without compromising the overall field-of-view. The magnified image contains the target and reticle and is visible in the top-centre 10% of the total display area.

Variable Magnification

The Pulsar Digex N450 Night-Vision Riflescope features a variable magnification range spanning 4x to 16x. The zoom can be increased gradually in steps of x2 or continuously for a tailored field-of-view.

Accurate Zoom Zeroing

The Pulsar Digex N450 Night-Vision Riflescope can be zeroed at the base magnification or at a digital zoom with the click value decreasing as the zoom value increases. At maximum magnification (16x), the reticle step is less than 0.1 MOA; however, the aiming point is stable throughout the entire magnification range.

Scalable Ballistic Reticles

The Pulsar Digex N450 Night-Vision Riflescope’s ballistic reticles are proportionally scaled in relation to the magnification. To enable quick distance measurements and fast adjustments for shooting at various ranges, the angular dimensions of the reticle's parts remain constant at all magnifications.

The Pulsar Digex N450 Night-Vision Riflescope features a digital reticle that always remains in the same plane as the target. The user can choose from ten reticle types (e.g. direct shot type, ballistic, scalable and regular), each of which is available in eight colours.

Stadiametric Rangefinder

The Pulsar Digex N450 Night-Vision Riflescope’s stadiametric rangefinder can be used to determine the approximate distance to objects with known heights, for example, deer (1.7m), wild boar (0.7m) and rabbits (0.3m).

Integrated Video and Sound Recorder

HD videos with sound and still images can be captured and saved using the Pulsar Digex N450 Night-Vision Riflescope’s built-in recorder. Saved footage and videos can be downloaded to a PC, laptop, smartphone or tablet via a wired or wireless interface.

Stream Vision App

To enable wireless image transfer from the Pulsar Digex N450 Night-Vision Riflescope to a smartphone or tablet, the user will need to install the free Pulsar Stream Vision App on his/her Android or iOS mobile device. Using this app, the hunter can also stream footage in real-time to online video platforms such as YouTube, control the riflescope’s digital functions, and upload firmware updates to the Pulsar Digex N450. Updating the Pulsar Digex N450 Night-Vision Riflescope’s firmware using the Stream Vision App and a Wi-Fi connection means the user has access to all the latest functions without having to send his/her riflescope to a repair centre.

All-Metal Housing

The Pulsar Digex N450 Night-Vision Riflescope’s lightweight yet rugged all-metal housing features an anti-wear coating to protect the scope’s external appearance.

Fully Waterproof IPX7

The Pulsar Digex N450 Night-Vision Riflescope is also fully waterproof. It is IPX7-rated which means it can be used in high humidity and heavy rainfall or snow. It will remain completely operational even after submersion in 1m of water for up to thirty minutes.

High-Calibre Recoil Resistance

Furthermore, the Pulsar Digex N450 Night-Vision Riflescope has been designed to ensure it is suitable for use with large calibre hunting rifles, including 9.3x64, .30-06, .300, .375, smooth-bore weapons, and airsoft weapons. To this end, it features a high shock resistance: 12 gauge, 9.3x64 and .375 H&H.

Side Inclination Indication

The Pulsar Digex N450 Night-Vision Riflescope will alert the hunter, using compound arrows that detail the direction and degree of inclination, when the rifle is inclined by more than five degrees. The more sections an arrow has the greater the degree of side inclination.

Side inclination can alter the point-of-impact, moving it away from the aiming point. The Pulsar Digex N450 Night-Vision Riflescope helps the user to control the degree of side inclination.

Customisable Automatic Shut Down

If the Pulsar Digex N450 Night-Vision Riflescope detects a non-working position (e.g. a vertical inclination angle of 70°+ or a horizontal inclination angle of 30°+) it will automatically switch itself off after a specified period of time.

Instant Start-Up

The Pulsar Digex N450 Night-Vision Riflescope will power up within three seconds of the user pressing the ON button.

Compound Continuous Power System

The Pulsar Digex N450 Night-Vision Riflescope is powered by a built-in rechargeable battery and a replaceable rechargeable battery which is placed in the battery compartment. When the replaceable battery is flat the Pulsar Digex N450 Night-Vision Riflescope will automatically switch to its integrated battery. The discharged battery can be replaced within seconds; once changed, the Pulsar Digex N450 Night-Vision Riflescope will switch back to the replaceable battery without intermediate shutdown.
