The Sauermann Si-CA 030 is supplied with oxygen (O₂) and carbon monoxide (CO) sensors as standard, with the option to upgrade the analyser with a nitric oxide (NO) sensor for NOx calculations. The instrument measures carbon monoxide levels up to 8000 ppm and can calculate carbon dioxide concentration, combustion efficiency and excess air values.
Designed to support routine combustion testing, the Si-CA 030 features automatic data logging, draft and differential pressure measurement capabilities, and a colour display for clear viewing of results. Calibration reminders and sensor life estimates help users maintain measurement accuracy while reducing unexpected downtime. Test data can be transferred to the free Sauermann Kimo app for reporting and record-keeping.
The Kit 2 ELITE and Kit 2 ELITE+ packages build on the standard analyser by including a protective vinyl carry case for improved transport and storage. The Kit 2 ELITE+ also adds a wireless Bluetooth printer, flow and return clamps, spare filters, a differential pressure hose and a pneumatic valve, providing a more comprehensive solution for heating and combustion engineers.
Weighing just 350 g and protected by a durable rubber holster, the analyser includes practical safety and convenience features such as a dedicated pump on/off control, automatic pump shut-off in high CO environments, and ambient carbon monoxide monitoring. The Sauermann Si-CA 030 combines portability, measurement capability and ease of use in a compact combustion analysis platform.
