The T & R 50A-3PH mk2 is a three phase injection system, allowing engineers to check the correct operation of protective systems.
Simple to use with clear interface with colour-coded sections, the 50A-3PH outputs 3 phase current up to 50A and has selectable output voltage of up to 18V. The system has three true RMS metering ranges, allowing the full scale of the meter and trip level to be set independently of the selected output.
This product is ideal for testing both single and three phase secondary protection such as over and under current relays, IDMT relays, auto reclosers, time delay relays, earth fault relays, miniature circuit breakers, power relays, tripping relays and thermal relays.
The 50A-3PH mk2 is equipped with an adjustable timing system with range of 0 to 999.999s. This function includes several starting modes, including internal start, single contact, dual contact and current operated.
An optional printer or PC can be connected to the 50A-3PH via a built-in RS232 port. This product’s link output also provides a phase lock reference for a DVS3 phase-shifting voltage source.
