The Testo 300 Smart Flue Gas Analyser – Advanced Kit includes the Testo 300 Smart Flue Gas Analyser and an array of additional accessories designed to aid the user with measuring and inspecting heating systems in a variety of locations; for further information regarding the items included in this kit, please see the 'What's Included?' section.
As mentioned above the Testo 300 Smart Flue Gas Analyser is designed for checking heating systems. To this end, it is equipped with an O₂ and CO sensor and is capable of performing the following measurements:
Versatility is at the forefront of this instrument’s design and as such it has been designed to include a multi-function handle which enables the user to connect a variety of quick-change probe shafts (available separately) to the analyser. The Testo 300 Smart Flue Gas Analyser is also compatible with probes designed for Testo’s previous 320 and 330 Analysers. Via the connection of a flexible probe the user is able to measure boilers/ heating systems in awkward-to-reach locations; moreover, he/she is able to inspect flue gas pipes with larger diameters by connecting a longer probe shaft to the Testo 300 Smart Flue Gas Analyser.
Additionally, the Testo 300 Smart Flue Gas Analyser’s compatibility with multiple accessories extends its measurement capabilities. It can be used to perform gas pipe testing, as well as gas flow pressure, differential temperature and ambient CO measurements when used in conjunction with the appropriate probes and hoses.
The Testo 300 Smart Flue Gas Analyser’s interface and display are also customisable thereby facilitating more efficient and effective testing. Measurements and parameters can be viewed simultaneously via the five-inch HD display; the user is able to program the Testo 300 Smart Flue Gas Analyser to display the measurements most relevant to the application. Additionally, he/she may view the progress of particular parameters graphically.
Accessing relevant data and information is made easy as a result of the Testo 300 Smart Flue Gas Analyser’s simply and clearly structured menu interface.

In addition to its fast and intuitive smart-touch operating system, the Testo 300 Smart Flue Gas Analyser includes a number of other features designed to improve testing efficiency. These include a draught and gas zeroing function, allowing the user to zero the tester while the flue gas probe is in the flue pipe.
Furthermore, the inclusion of a standby mode ensures that the Testo 300 Smart Flue Gas Analyser is ready-to-use at the touch of a button. When the Testo 300 is placed in Standby mode the user does not have to wait for the completion of the zeroing phase before he/she can commence testing.
The Testo 300 Smart Flue Gas Analyser is also equipped with the ability to create PDF measurement reports, as well as documentation such as measurement protocols (including measurement values, site locations and customer details) on-site. These reports can be verified by the client using the signature function and may be saved to the tester and/or emailed via a WLAN network. Again, this works to improve both work efficiency and convenience.
Moreover, client details can be saved to the Testo 300 Smart Flue Gas Analyser’s integrated address book, facilitating easy recall.
However; it is also possible to export data to a variety of locations. Data may be sent to print via the integrated Bluetooth interface and using the supplied Bluetooth/ IRDA Printer.
Alternatively, data downloaded to a computer can be organised using the supplied Testo EasyHeat Analysis Software. The user can also configure the Testo 300’s settings using this software.
Additionally, due to the inclusion of an interface function, it is also possible to export data to an industry-specific or customer-specific software program. **
Adaptability and versatility are key features of the Testo 300 Smart Flue Gas Analyser; however, this instrument has also been optimised for practicality. It features a recessed, scratch-resistant screen, covered by a protective film ensuring that it is suitable for use in challenging environments. It also includes extra-strong magnets for keeping it in place throughout the measurement period.
Finally, the Testo 300 Smart Flue Gas Analyser’s rechargeable battery supplies it with up to ten hours of power, allowing the operator to use the tester for prolonged periods of time, thereby increasing work efficiency and decreasing downtime.
