Testo 300 Flue Gas Analyser

The Testo 300 Flue Gas Analyser can measure O₂, flue CO, draught, pressure, temperature, gas flow pressure, differential pressure, ambient CO and gas pipe testing. Similarly, it is compatible with a variety of quick-change probe shafts and features extra-strong magnets and ten-hour battery life.

Multiple measurements can be viewed on the Testo 300’s recessed, scratch-resistant, 5-inch HD display; graphs allow the user to track parameters over time. Moreover, the Testo Flue Gas Analyser’s intuitive touchscreen display has the same response time as a smartphone; please see the video below for further information.

Data can be exported into reports which may be saved to the tester or sent to relevant persons via email. A signature function enables clients to sign reports on-site increasing overall job efficiency. It also includes an Interface function which supports data export into an industry- or customer-specific program.

Wireless Connection to Smart Probes

Measure additional parameters in parallel with conducting flue gas analysis due to the inclusion of a Testo Bluetooth Connector which facilitates the connection of up to four Testo Smart Probes such as:

Testo’s 115i Smart Probe for measuring flow and return temperature
The Testo 510i Bluetooth Manometer, which checks gas flow and static gas pressure
A Testo 915i Smart Probe for testing combustion air temperature

The Testo 300 Flue Gas Analyser is compatible with an array of Testo Smart Probes which may be quickly swapped as required. Test procedures may be started and stopped in parallel. All measurements gathered using these probes are automatically indicated on the Gas Analyser’s display.

Testo Smart App & Software Integration

Compatibility with the Testo Smart App allows you to use your smartphone/tablet as a second screen: you can keep an eye on data remotely, for example, when you are distanced from your Testo FGA for purposes of work-efficiency or safety. Furthermore, reports can be created on-site and emailed via the Testo Smart App. Alternatively, measurements may be transferred from the analyser to your in-house software via a QR code.
