This meter is made for measuring the overall conductivity level of water, allowing the user to determine the overall quality of the water sample. Ideal for use in any environment that uses water including aquariums, water conditioning, food processing, photography, swimming pools, laboratories and industrial environments, this meter is a highly effective method of determining water quality.
Pen-shaped with an attached electrode for ease of use, the meter works by being directly submerged in water. Full waterproof IP65 rating is included to make sure that the electrode is protected from water damage at all times. Once in the sample the meter will pick up on the overall water quality level and display it as a value between the range of 0 to 1999μS. A built-in temperature sensor also takes into account the effects of temperature on water and uses automatic temperature compensation to ensure measurements are as accurate as possible.
Built-in in data hold and MAX/MIN functions also give the user the ability to temporarily store a reading and calculate the maximum/minimum values over a time period.
