Enabling easy calibration of RTDs, thermocouples, transmitters, thermo-switches, pressure gauges and pressure switches using Ametek’s Jofra temperature and multifunction calibrators, as well as Ametek’s pressure calibrators, the Ametek JofraCal Calibration Software is an automation calibration program.
Via a PC, the Ametek JofraCal Calibration Software delivers a completely automatic calibration of sensors and semi-automatic calibration of the complete process loop. It manages the comparison between the process readout value and the reference value, in addition to controlling the complete calibration procedure, storing the results, and providing a calibration audit trail through hard copy certificates.
Up to twenty-four sensors can be calibrated simultaneously; the Ametek JofraCal Calibration Software records the calibration data for each sensor to monitor drift and optimise recalibration intervals. It also stores procedures and setups enabling faster and more accurate calibration.
