Baty 1050 Checkmaster Comparator

The Baty 1050 Checkmaster Comparator accommodates most dial indicators, digital indicators (with 12.7 mm travel), and gauging probes. This system can measure various internal and external components.

The Checkmaster facilitates quick setup of custom configurations using tooling blocks, mushroom and radius anvils, and mounting bars. It also has adjustable gauging force and biasing for internal and external measurements.

When paired with Bowers’ digital indicator, the unit displays absolute dimensions and offers real-time tolerance feedback through flashing alerts for out-of-spec measurements. It has a 3-gauge station capacity, left/right-hand operation, and completes SPC routines and environments that require 100% inspection.
