The Fluke TiS20+ Max Thermal Imaging Camera is an infrared imager capable of capturing thermal images and measuring temperatures between -20°C to +400°C to ±2°C/ 2%. It is ideal for commercial electricians, maintenance technicians, and heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration technicians.

Thermal Imaging

The Fluke TiS20+ Max Thermal Imaging Camera has an IR resolution of 120 x 90px which provides 10 800 measurement points. It also features a thermal sensitivity of 60mK, a fixed focus, a field-of-view of 50°x 38° (HxV), and a frame rate of 9Hz. Moreover, it includes several imaging tools such as hot and cold spot markers and six selectable thermal palettes: Ironbow, Blue-Red, High Contrast, Amber, Hot Metal and Greyscale.

IR-Fusion™

Additionally, the TiS20+ Max features IR-Fusion™ technology which is designed to facilitate faster inspections and better reporting. Using the IR-Fusion™ function, the thermographer can slide his/her finger across the 3.5” touchscreen LCD display to combine infrared and visible images to varying degrees. The IR-Fusion™ scale ranges from fully infrared to fully visible. Overlaying visible details onto IR images increases the depth and clarity of thermal pictures, and allows the user to pinpoint the source of faults more easily.

Fluke Connect™ Asset Tagging

To improve inspection efficiency and to simplify reporting, the Fluke TiS20+ Max supports Fluke Connect™ Asset Tagging. This feature automatically sorts captured thermal images according to the relevant asset; the user needs only scan the asset’s QR code prior to commencing the inspection. Fluke Connect™ Asset Reporting eliminates time spent organising thermal pictures allowing thermographers to spend more time analysing images and creating reports.

Memory

Thermographers can save non-radiometric (jpeg) and fully radiometric (.is2) images to the camera’s internal 4GB memory. It also includes a slot for an additional micro SD card (up to 32GB). Images can be transferred to a PC via a mini USB.

Rugged & Ergonomic

This pistol-shaped thermal camera is easy to operate; thermographers can capture, review and save thermal images using a single hand. In addition to this, it has been drop-tested from 2m and is resistant to dust and water ingress (IP54). This makes it suitable for use in rugged environments. Furthermore, the camera has a battery life of five hours and includes an Auto Shutdown function designed to conserve power.
