The Gagemaker MRP Air range inspects internal and external pitch diameters on tapered threaded connectors. Constructed with a lightweight yet durable carbon fibre frame, these gauges provide improved stability, reduced deflection, and improved accuracy.
The MRP series has two pivoting thread shoes that rest gently on the thread crests, eliminating the need for damaging guide rails through an innovative block and clamping assembly. They are available in various reach depths from 3⅜ inches to 10 inches and size capacities (including models for ranges up to 24 inches). The series includes dedicated internal, external, and dual-function gauges.
These gauges offer real-time variation feedback through a sensitive indicator. Each gauge must be preset using the Gagemaker setting standards or a MIC TRAC measurement centre.
