The Gagemaker Tubing and Casing Setting Blocks are reference standards suitable for the MIC TRAC gauge setting and calibration system. They permit for accurate presetting or zeroing of various thread inspection gauges.
The 90-TFSTR Straight Blocks are for gauge zeroing straight reference surface applications. The 90-TF.75T ¾" Taper Blocks are suitable for 8 and 10 Round threads, ¾" TPF Buttress, and Line Pipe connections. The 90-TF1.0T 1" Taper Blocks are suited to 1" TPF Buttress connections.
Each block is made to exacting tolerances for use with MIC TRAC systems featuring standard resolutions down to 0.00005" and accuracies between ±0.0001" and ±0.0004". When used with MIC TRAC units equipped with ForeLok™, users benefit from constant anvil force that helps reduce operator error and improve gauge setting repeatability.
