A pocket-sized, powerful thermal imager with a large, intuitive 3.5-inch LCD touchscreen, the Hikmicro PocketE Handheld Thermal Camera is ideal for building, HVAC, electrical, and mechanical inspections. The Hikmicro PocketE offers an IR resolution of 96 x 96px, a 50mk thermal sensitivity, a 25Hz frame rate, and a 50° x 50° field-of-view which is perfect for scanning large areas. Thermal clarity can be enhanced using the SuperIR function which increases IR resolution to 240 x 240px.
Capable of capturing full-screen radiometric images, the Hikmicro PocketE automatically tracks the maximum, minimum, and centre temperatures allowing you to spot anomalies immediately. The Hikmicro PocketE Handheld Thermal Camera can measure temperatures between -20°C and +350°C to an accuracy of ±2°C/2%.
Furthermore, the one-tap level and span instantly increase image contrast thereby highlighting potential problems such as leaks, missing insulation, and air infiltration.
Imaging modes
In addition to a 96 x 96px IR camera, the Hikmicro PocketE Handheld Thermal Camera also includes a built-in 0.3M pixel visual camera. As a result, the thermal camera offers five imaging modes:
- Thermal
- Visual
- Fusion: blends digital details, captured using the visual camera
- Blending: blends partially transparent IR and visual images into a single view; the transparency may be adjusted
- Picture-in-Picture (PIP): overlays a fixed section of the thermal image onto the digital image
Image & Video Recording
Up to 30,000 thermal/visual images or twenty hours of MP4 video may be saved to the built-in 4GB eMMC flash storage. Media can be recalled and viewed on the camera.
Wireless Connectivity
Wi-Fi connectivity allows you to stream and download images and footage to a smartphone/tablet with the Hikmicro Viewer App installed. The Hikmicro PocketE Handheld Thermal Camera is a cost-effective, compact, comprehensive infrared imager ideal for inspection and troubleshooting applications.
