Kane 458s IAQ HVACR Flue Gas Analyser

The KANE458s IAQ HVACR Flue Gas Analyser is a multifunction testing instrument designed for combustion analysis, indoor air quality monitoring, and HVACR applications. Combining flue gas analysis with room and appliance CO₂ testing. It enables engineers to perform heating, cooling, refrigeration, ventilation, and indoor air quality assessments using a single handheld device.

The analyser measures O₂, CO₂, CO, and H₂ as standard, with an optional NO sensor available for NOx testing. In addition to combustion measurements, the integrated IAQ CO₂ capability supports room migration testing, appliance sweep testing, and indoor air quality assessments for commercial direct-fired and flueless appliances. The KANE458s IAQ HVACR also supports wireless KANE LINK probes for refrigeration diagnostics, airflow measurement, temperature monitoring, humidity testing, and pressure measurement without the need for traditional manifold gauges and hoses.

Suitable for domestic and commercial applications, the analyser supports combustion efficiency calculations, excess air measurements, CO/CO₂ ratio analysis, and HVACR superheat and subcool calculations. Data logging, report generation, and wireless connectivity via the KANE LIVE app provide a comprehensive solution for engineers working across combustion, HVACR, and indoor air quality testing environments.
