Kane EGA-5 Exhaust Gas Analyser

Battery-operated and compact, the Kane EGA-5 Exhaust Gas Analyser is a gas tester that can be used to evaluate the health and performance of vehicles, engines, and catalytic converters. The Kane EGA-5 Exhaust Gas Analyser is suitable for use with petrol/gasoline, LPG, CNG, diesel, and most refrigerants.

Please note that the EGA-5 is made to order and the lead time is six weeks.

Measurement

The Kane EGA-5 Exhaust Gas Analyser is fitted with NDIR sensors which are designed to meet official test standards. They ensure accuracy and have a fast warm-up time to maximise work efficiency. 

The Kane EGA-5 Exhaust Gas Analyser is capable of measuring the concentration of the following gases and calculating the parameters below. 

Additionally, the Kane EGA-5 Exhaust Gas Analyser can be used with other Kane LINK instruments to expand its measurement capabilities.

Ergonomic, Rugged Design

Measurements are indicated on the large, graphic display and up to two-hundred tests may be stored to the Kane EGA-5 Exhaust Gas Analyser. Data can be sent to the Kane LIVE App or other third-party apps via Wi-Fi. Alternatively, test results may be sent to print (optional Kane IRP3 Printer required).

Offering a portable, rugged design with a protective rubber sleeve, the Kane EGA-5 Exhaust Gas Analyser allows you to bring the tester to the vehicle under investigation. This, combined with its four-hour rechargeable battery life, means you can test vehicles under real-world driving conditions. It also means that the Kane EGA-5 Exhaust Gas Analyser can be used as a pre-compliance and roadside emissions tester (local laws apply).
