Mark-10 Series 3 Basic Digital Force Gauges
The Mark-10 Series 3 Basic Digital Force Gauges can be used to conduct compression and tension force tests in a wide variety of testing conditions. Series three of Mark-10’s Basic Force Gauges consists of eleven models with capacities ranging from 0.12lbF to 500 lbF (0.5N to 2500N), please see the table below for further information.

Each gauge is overload protected to 200% capacity and features a sampling rate of 2000Hz, ensuring it is able to ascertain accurate results within a wide variety of test conditions. Additionally, the Mark-10 Series 3 Basic Digital Force Gauges include up to three selectable measurement units (units are dependent on the model, please see the table above) and programmable set-points with pass/fail indicators, allowing the user to tailor the Mark-10 Series 3 Basic Force Gauge to his/her preferences and/or the application. It is also possible to configure the Mark-10 Series 3 Basic Force Gauges’ audio alarms and key tones. Results are indicated via the Mark-10 Series 3 Basic Force Gauges’ large, backlit, graphic display and will always indicate the peak reading and set-point. Additionally, the analogue load bar graph with set-point markers allows the user to monitor the applied force.
It is possible to output continuous data and/or individual data points to a PC or data collector via a USB connection. The Mark-10 Series 3 Basic Digital Force Gauges are supplied with MESUR™ Lite Data Acquisition Software which will record and organise single point or continuous data into a table. Data can be exported from the MESUR™ Lite Data Acquisition Software to Microsoft Excel at the push of a button. The Mark-10 Series 3 Basic Digital Force Gauges are also compatible with other Mark-10 software programs
The Mark-10 Series 3 Basic Digital Force Gauges feature an ergonomic, reversible, aluminium housing. This ultra-compact force tester can be used as a handheld instrument or can be mounted to a test stand for more sophisticated measurement procedures; the Mark-10 Series 3 Basic Digital Force Gauges are compatible with Mark-10’s test stands and grips.
Additionally, these force measuring tools display results, parameters and options in large characters and feature a simple menu, allowing the user to access the Mark-10 Series 3 Basic Force Gauges’ features and configurable parameters quickly and easily.
