The Mark-10 WT-205 Wire Crimp Pull Tester measures crimp pull forces. It is engineered for quick setup and repeatable results, applying up to 200 lbF (1,000 N) of force through a smooth, ergonomic lever.
This tester has a versatile adjustable terminal fixture that accommodates a wide range of wire diameters (up to AWG 3 / 6.3 mm). A self-tightening wedge grip provides secure clamping of the cable's free end, and the device can handle nearly any insulation type.
The backlit graphic LCD has real-time and peak force readings, pass/fail indicators, and a load bar that alerts users as they approach overload thresholds. It has USB, RS-232, Mitutoyo, and analogue outputs, can store up to 1,000 readings, calculate statistics, and automatically save peak values when a sample breaks, streamlining high-volume testing.
Worth £29.99. Automatically adds to your basket when the total exceeds £1000+ (ex VAT). Limited Stock. More details here.

* Including insulation. To ensure the wire sample will fit into the WT-205, measure the overall outside diameter of the insulated wire and check against the specified diameter range. Account for sample compressibility in making this determination. |
