The Megger TC640 is suitable for industrial diagnostics, condition monitoring and detailed thermal analysis. It has a 640 x 480 high-sensitivity infrared detector and advanced image processing algorithms. It also has a 30 Hz infrared frame rate, a 13 MP visible-light camera with dual spotlight illuminators, and multiple imaging modes, including IR, VIS, Picture-in-Picture and Multi-Image Fusion.
The TC640 has an IP54-rated housing with 2 m drop resistance. Built-in WiFi allows images and recordings to be transferred directly through the mobile app or cloud platform for remote review and reporting, while real-time video streaming supports further analysis using PC software.
The camera measures temperatures from -20°C to 550°C and includes laser ranging, a 4.3" colour touchscreen, photo and video recording, and OTA firmware updates. Suitable for industrial electrical systems, substations, motors, CHP systems, commercial HVAC, solar PV inspections, PCB analysis, building surveys, emergency services, medical applications and wildlife monitoring.
