SERIES 513 - Vertical and Parallel Face Dial Test Indicators
These Mitutoyo versatile lever indicators (or dial test indicators, DTI) are suited to alignment operations on machine tools and similar applications. The indicator automatically adapts to the required measuring direction on contact, and the jewelled movement provides the lowest friction and stiction for smooth and precise operation.
- The parallel face indicator is convenient to use when the application calls for stylus movement in a plane parallel to that of the dial face.
- The vertical face indicator is useful for centering holes under a machine tool spindle using the universal holder mounted in the spindle chuck.
