Mitutoyo’s Series 811 HH-335/1/7/3 Dial Readout Durometer is a simple-to-use, precise, and versatile hardness tester that can be used to test the hardness of non-metallic materials such as natural rubber, neoprene, polyesters, PVC, leather, Thiokol, nitrile rubber, wax, vinyl, cellulose acetates, glass, and polystyrene (model dependent).
There are four versions of Mitutoyo’s Series 811 HH-335/1/7/3 Dial Readout Durometer available: two featuring a Shore A scale and two with a Shore D scale. Compact and long-leg models equipped with a Shore A scale can test the hardness of natural rubber and soft elastomers while compact and long-leg durometers with a Shore D scale are suitable for testing hard elastomers, plastics, hard rubber, and ebonite. To ensure error-free readings, all the Mitutoyo Series 811 HH-335/1/7/3 Dial Readout Durometers are supplied with a peak retaining hand.
Finally, the Mitutoyo Series 811 HH-335/1/7/3 Dial Readout Durometer has been designed in accordance with ASTM D 2240, ISO868, ISO7619, DIN 53 505, JIS K 6253, and JIS K 7215 specifications and can be used with a range of test stands.
