Sauermann Si-Ca 130 Flue Gas Analyser

Delivering the latest in combustion analysis technology, the Sauermann Si-CA 130 Combustion Analyser is available with a choice of up to three gas sensors including:

  • Oxygen
  • Carbon Monoxide (measures up to 8000 ppm)
  • Nitric Oxide (for NOx measurements)
  • Low range Nitric Oxide (for NOx measurements)

All the sensors are pre-calibrated and field-replaceable. To minimise downtime and maintain accuracy, the Sauermann Si-CA 130 displays the remaining sensor life and issues calibration reminders. They can be used with a smart air temperature probe and can also calculate the carbon dioxide percentage, combustion efficiency, and excess air as well as measure draft and differential pressure. This means that, in addition to providing combustion analysis, the Si-CA 130 can be used for carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide monitoring in ambient air. Furthermore, a sample conditioning unit makes it suitable for low NOx (NO sensor needed) and high moisture applications.

Data is indicated graphically on the large, colour touchscreen display. The screen may be customised to show the required gas analyses. Readings are automatically logged to the Sauermann Si-CA 130 and may be used to create reports either in Sauermann’s app or PC software. Measurements are transferred easily to a PC or smartphone/tablet via a Wi-Fi or USB interface.

Finally, the Gas Analyser includes practical features such as:

  • User-adjustable automatic pump cut-off for when there are high levels of carbon monoxide
  • One-touch on/off pump switch with purge
  • Protective rubber holster
