The Sauter HE Digital Shore Hardness Tester is a device that can measure the hardness of rubber, plastics, and other materials using the Shore scale.
It has a large LCD, a peak hold function, an internal memory for up to 500 readings, and a USB interface for data transfer.
It can test hardness in three different modes: Shore A and Shore D.
Shore A is used for soft materials like rubber and elastomers and Shore D is used for hard materials like plastics and epoxides.
