The Sylvac D70 Series Digital Displays provide compact, high-performance measurement readouts for precision inspection tasks involving dual probe setups. Each unit has a robust aluminium casing with an IP54-rated front panel. They feature a bright 4.3-inch colour touchscreen that allows intuitive navigation and offers flexible display modes, including dual-value and analogue bar-graph views. The displays boast resolutions as fine as 0.0001 mm, with the D70H model achieving 0.00001 mm (0.01 µm) when used with compatible Heidenhain probes.
This series includes three specialised versions: the D70S (30-804-2070) for Sylvac capacitive probes, the D70I (30-804-2071) for Sylvac inductive probes, and the D70H (30-804-2072) for Heidenhain touch probes (ST/MT types). Each model supports MIN/MAX/DELTA measurements, probe channel combinations, and optional pedal inputs for hands-free operation. Additionally, the devices come equipped with USB and RS232 outputs, M-Bus compatibility, and plug-and-play functionality via USB.
