The Testo 350 Industrial Flue Gas Analyser is a gas exhaust analyser comprised of two parts:
- 1x Testo 350 Control Unit
- 1x Testo 350 Analysis Box
Designed for conducting industrial emissions measurements in the field, the Testo 350 Industrial Flue Gas Analyser can be used to analyse emissions from:
- Industrial motors
- Burners
- Gas turbines
- Thermo-processes
Testo 350 Control Unit Overview
The Testo 350 Control Unit controls emissions measurements. It can be used to operate the Testo 350 Analysis Box remotely which is particularly useful when working on larger systems. Via the clearly structured graphic display, you can choose one of four different application modes: burner, gas turbine, motors, or user-defined. Once the operating mode has been selected, the Testo 350 Control Unit will guide you through the measurement process, improving the ease, efficiency, and convenience of testing.
Testo 350 Analysis Box Overview
The Testo 350 Analysis Box contains the sensors required for measuring emissions. As standard the Testo 350 Analysis Box includes an oxygen (O2) sensor; however, you can choose to configure the tester with up to five more sensors. Select from:
- Carbon Monoxide (CO): 0-10000ppm
- Carbon Dioxide (CO2): 0-500ppm
- Nitrogen Oxide (NO): 0-4000ppm
- Low Range Nitrogen Oxide (NOlow): 0-300ppm
- Nitrogen Dioxide (NO2): 0-500ppm
- Sulphur Dioxide (SO2): 0-5000ppm
- Hydrogen Sulphide (H2S): 0-300ppm
- Hydrocarbons (CxHy)
The Testo 350 Analysis Box always displays the current reading. When high gas concentrations are detected, a measuring range extension function is automatically activated enabling unlimited measurement. Additionally, the Testo 350 Analysis Box offers an array of diagnostics functions that deliver easy-to-understand readings and information.
Additionally, this ergonomically designed flue gas analyser features an underside opening that provides convenient access to pumps and filters, enabling easy replacement and/or cleaning in the field. Other practical features include USB, Bluetooth or CANCase interfaces that support operation from devices other than the Testo 350 Control Unit such as a PC or notebook.
Furthermore, once the Testo 350 Analysis Box has been programmed, it can be left to carry out the required tests independently and save the results. These results may be transferred directly to the Testo 350 Control Unit.
