This compact tachometer is suitable for both non-contact and mechanical (direct contact) measurements of RPM.
Supplied as standard with a surface speed disc and reflectors for both type of measurements, the Testo 470 can be held either at a distance of 600mm away from a target and includes a special laser pointer which should be pointed at an attached reflective marker.
The Testo 470 is capable of storing mean, MIN/MAX and the last measurement value on its screen for quick, easy referencing.
