Testo Smart Probes Differential Temperature and Pressure Kit

The Testo Smart Probes Differential Temperature and Pressure Kit is specifically designed for heating engineers and can be used to measure gas flow, static pressure, and flow and return temperature. It can also be used to perform non-contact IR temperature measurements and is suitable for taking temperatures of underfloor heating and radiators.

This kit is intended for use with Testo’s Smart Probes App and the user’s smartphone or tablet. It includes the following Testo products:

• 2x Testo 115i Bluetooth Pipe Clamp Thermometer Smart Probe/ Data Logger (with Batteries and Calibration Protocol)
• 1x Testo 510i Bluetooth Differential Pressure Meter Smart Probe/ Data Logger (with Batteries and Calibration Protocol)
• 1x Testo Refrigeration Set Smart Case

The Test Smart Probes wirelessly communicate data to the Testo Smart Probes App via Bluetooth. Results can be viewed (in a graph or table), analysed and organised using the Testo Smart Probes App. Additionally, PDF and/or Excel files can be sent via email to relevant persons. The Testo Smart Probes App can also be used to facilitate pressure drop tests with an alarm, as well as record data with images of the inspected area.

Testo 115i Bluetooth Pipe Clamp Thermometer Smart Probe/ Data Logger Description

The Testo 115i Bluetooth Pipe Clamp Thermometer Smart Probe/ Data Logger can be used to take temperature measurements on refrigeration, air conditioning and heating systems. It can also be used to measure flow and return temperatures and is ideal for installation, servicing, and troubleshooting applications.

As the Testo 115i Bluetooth Pipe Clamp Thermometer Smart Probe/ Data Logger has a Bluetooth range of 100m it is suitable for long-distance applications and allows the user to stand at a safer distance from the measurement point. Additionally, when used in pairs or groups, the Testo 115i Bluetooth Pipe Clamp Thermometer Smart Probes/ Data Loggers are able to measure the temperature of widely spaced points simultaneously.

Testo 510i Bluetooth Differential Pressure Meter Smart Probe/ Data Logger Description

The Testo 510i Bluetooth Differential Pressure Meter Smart Probe/ Data Logger can be used to measure differential pressure, airflow velocity and volume flow.

Like the Testo 115i Clamp Temperature Smart Probe, the Testo 510i Bluetooth Differential Pressure Meter Smart Probe/ Data Logger is designed for use with the Testo Smart Probes App and will transfer data wirelessly via Bluetooth to a smartphone or tablet with this app installed. When used with this app the Testo 510i can measure pressure drops (on fans and filters) with alerts.  

In addition to this, the Testo Smart Probes App can be used to configure volume flow measurements quickly and easily, as well as perform timed and/or multi-point mean calculations.

Finally, the Testo 510i Bluetooth Differential Pressure Meter Smart Probe/ Data Logger is equipped with a magnetic holder for easy attachment to magnetic surfaces.
