Protimeter BLD4755-KIT Flooring Kit

PLEASE NOTE this kit is optimised for use with Protimeter’s MMS2 Moisture Measurement System, however, the Protimeter MMS2 Moisture Measurement System is NOT included as part of this kit.

When used with a Protimeter MMS2 Moisture Measurement System (NOT included) the user is able to conduct moisture measurements of concrete floors using a relative humidity, in-situ method that is compliant with the ASTM F2170 standard.

To conduct these measurements the Protimeter BLD4755-KIT Flooring Kit includes five Mini Hygrostick probes designed for use in harsh concrete environments. They can be placed into and removed from the patent-pending humidity sleeves using the included insertion and extraction tool and are connected to the Protimeter MMS2 Moisture Measurement System via the Mini Hygrostick Extension Lead.

The Mini Hygrosticks feature EMD sensors for relative humidity and temperature measurements. The accuracy of these sensors can be maintained using the included salts calibration test bottle and adapter.

Measurements can be conducted at a 40% depth of the concrete as the humidity sleeves may be adjusted between 101mm/ 4-inches and 153mm/ 6-inches.

Alternatively, the Protimeter MMS2 Moisture Measurement System can be used with the included Quickstick Short. When used with this component the dew point temperature is automatically calculated. The Quickstick Short is of particular use when completing condensation risk assessments.

The Protimeter BLD4755-KIT Flooring Kit is a comprehensive kit that can be used to help facilitate the Protimeter MMS2 Moisture Measurement System’s (NOT included) ability to conduct extensive in-situ relative humidity and temperature measurements in accordance with ASTM F2170.
