This bundle pack of CATU IEC equipment consists of three contact clamps, a clamp dispenser head, spool with earthing connection and a carrying bag.
The automatic clamps included with the system are designed for direct attachment to the dispenser head – this is turn is then inserted into a large insulated pole and the clamping system can then be moved into position from above a conductor.
It’s an ideal solution for attachment to out-of-reach wires and provides a safe method of carrying out various procedures. They’re also easy to remove – with a simple pull revolving the clamp around the conductor and removing it.
CATU recommends the use of their CE-4-21-C pole with this pack of equipment (sold separately).
Equipment supplied is IEC-61230 compliant.
